Product Description

Precipitated Calcium Carbonate

We offer Precipitated Calcium Carbonate of high grade quality to our customers to fulfill the requirements of polymer industry. Our provided CaCO3 is specially created without applying any coating and is ultra fine.

Precipitated Calcium Carbonate is prepared by compounding high-calcium quicklime and then acting the consequent slurry, with carbon dioxide. The end product is brilliantly white and typically accessible with homogeneous narrow particle size arrangement. These are available in several sizes and crystal morphologies. With the continued tendency toward alkaline and alkaline transition of the uncoated free-sheet market, this is well constituted as a filler and coating coloring material for superior quality paper products. Typically made in suspension form at satellite plants placed near paper mills,  Precipitated Calcium Carbonate enhances the ocular properties and print properties of paper products.

Utility advantages offered :

  • Betters paper machine productivity, capable to reduce paper-making costs.
  • Can replace the highly expensive pulp fiber as well as optical brightening agents.
  • Ability to attain small particle properties and exceptional crystal shapes.
  • Assists in increasing impact property, comes with controlled viscosity and allows hiding.

Key Features:

  • Particle size is evenly distributed
  • Available with 100% high purity
  • Used for making PVC compounds such as rigid pipes
  • Footwear injected with EVA can be made
  • The master batches made using these have anti fa-brilliant properties
  • Dispersed homogeneously in various master batches
  • Helps in making Filler, White and color master batches
